✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Your return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to the nature of certain medical products (e.g., hygiene items, respiratory supplies, or any item marked as non-returnable), some items are not eligible for return for safety and regulatory reasons.

🚚 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@promedicdme.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • If your return is not approved (e.g., damaged or opened product), we may send the item back to you without a refund.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
